These terms govern your use of Archery Shot Trainer (also referred to as Archery Shot Simulator) — the website at archeryshotsimulator.com and the application at app.archeryshotsimulator.com (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service is a free training simulator for archery shot placement. It is an early prototype provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and we don't guarantee uptime or that your data (scores, settings, history) will be preserved.

Not real-world advice

The simulator is a training aid, not a substitute for real-world instruction, practice, or judgment. Simulated ballistics and animal anatomy are approximations. You are solely responsible for your decisions while hunting or handling archery equipment, and for complying with all applicable hunting laws and regulations.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Using the prototype includes agreeing to be asked for product feedback inside the app.
• You may stop using the Service at any time, and can request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempting to breach security, scraping, spamming, reverse-engineering the backend, interfering with other users, or using the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content and ownership

The Service, including its software, simulation models, and content, is owned by us. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is free; our total liability for any claim is limited to $0.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
